I've been flying in a Falcon BMS virtual squadron for about a year now.  I've been using a Quest 3 with one touchscreen in front of me for the ICP, MFDs, and other miscellaneous controls as well as a touchscreen to the left to use as a kneeboard.  I'm also using a Thrustmaster TQS and a RealSimulator FSSB-R3L ULTRA with a F16SGRH v2 grip.  I just started working on a simpit that will include all of that except the front touchscreen.  It will also include:

• ICP
• MFDs
• Misc panel
• Gear panel
• HUD panel
• Threat warning prime panel
• Master caution button
• F-ACK button
• Canopy up/down switch
• Alt gear
• TWA: SEARCH
• TWA: ALTITUDE
• Eject
• HDG knob
• CRS knob
• HSI mode button
• Aerial refueling switch
• Fuel qty select

I think that's everything that I'm likely to use in 99%+ of the missions I fly while I'm in the air.  Here's some pictures:

I used the invictus plans for the pit and even the seat
