Sound reset after start both on 37 and 38

Hello there, first post! I uploaded this topic on the official Falcon BMS Forum but got no response.
So for the past couple of months I’ve been having an issue where 70% of the times I launch either one of BMS 4.37 or BMS 4.38, most of my sounds go to max. It’s very annoying because I get firstly my ears blown and secondly I have to manually put down a lot of the sounds. I still haven’t figured out when it happens but I believe if I exit the sim and the next launch (without restart of computer or change of version/theater) will have the correct settings I put.
Attached I have the issue and the black dots are what I always have to put.

Hey Jason,

Ok, not to insult you but its always good to make sure.  I am sure you made a Pilot profile Name to save your settings under?   This is how your settings are saved and retrieved at startup.  I'm sure you have done this correct?

Hello there, big fan, yes I have a logbook profile in BMS, I had copied it over from 38 to 37 back when I reinstalled 37 but nothing looks wrong with it, I have my stats and everything displayed correctly, just those specific sound settings. Its weird because its not all sound settings.
