ViperDrivers are looking for more pilots.
If your cockpit is nearing completion or at least in a flying stage, we offer the possibility to press these buttons for real

What VD has to offer:
- A BMS 4.34 F-16 MP wing with not too many members
- A wing with a dedicated complete training scenario adapted to BMS and its updates
- No military hierarchy or grades. Everyone"s voice count and is taken into consideration - being recruit, ip or admin.
- Flight scheduling usually happens on weekdays around 1900 (summer)-2000z(winter) but mostly weekends mornings around 0800-1000z
- We don't do shoot em up. We strive to make it right, the closest to reality as possible.
- We don't value the number of kills, we value how things are done and the learning process to get there
- We always ramp start, unless we have timing issues. We always brief and debrief unless we have timing issues

What we are looking for:
- BMS pilots able to ramp start and having adequate hardware (at least hotas and head tracking devices) but you guys all have pits
- candidate who are willing to push buttons of their cockpit, but doing it with a purpose: learning to fly better and become a better BMS MP pilot
- ppl who are able to participate in the squadron life
- there is no prior MP experience required, it's a bonus but not mandatory. MP is a different ball game and we can introduce you to it
- motivation and dedication

What we are not looking for:
- ppl who wants everything directly and value quantity of kills versus quality of actions
- pit builders who value their pit as an "oeuvre d'art" where the building process primes over the use of the cockpit as a tool to fly BMS in Multiplayer
- pit builders who are unable to cope with flying and building at the same time. if we are recruiting it's not to recruit guys who will be inactive for 12 months because they decided to update part of their pit.

- Tacview (debrief)
- TeamViewer (brief)
- Teamspeak 3 (flight organisation & scheduling)
- our own goodies
- Mission commander and WDP
- F4Wx
- BMS interactive maps and it's charts

We want more of the Pitbuilders to understand how fun it is to fly in the functioal pit an utilyze it full 👍🏻 thats when the fun part two starts
A combi of building and flying is the best way to stay in the loop of both worlds 😜
