ICP mounted and fully functional now!

The last couple of days I did some work on the Backlighting, dimmer and some Backlight PCB's.
Special one was the Lighting panel. I mad a aluminium bracket to fit Henkie's Lighting dimmer conroller with heatsink behind the panel itself.

Some progress pics so far:

Backlighting PCB, with all the LED's, resistors and threaded inserts for panel mounting.
I have spray painted the whole panel black and soldered the SMD LED's and resistors after painting.

Aluminium bracket behind the Lighting panel to support the Lighting dimmer control

Pots and switches wired to the LDC

At the bottom of the LDC I will make a connector panel for the various outputs and inputs to the lighting panel and dimmer controller.

Finally after one year of absense I am back with a little update!

Last year I have worked on my house so there was no time for pitbuilding...  But as the most of my house is finished now I am back with updates every now and then
The good part is that I now have a dedicated room for my pit in the house! I had a kind of pit room in my garage but the new room in the house is way better  :yihaw:

I have milled the connector panels which I put next to the left foot well (behind the cover panel. This connector panel is meant for the switch matrix, power distribution, analog & enconder inputs etc.

Still lots of solder work to do!

I have also modified the TWP lenses for the Jay-el pushbuttons. I have used Mikes lenses and engraved the white lettering onto the front of the lens. After engraving I filled the engraved lettering with white paint and gave them a matte clear coat.

Mounting frame for the X-keys boards and the Matrix/analog/encoder boards:

wow Albert,
it is clear that working on the house gave you "appetite" to start working on your pit at a high standard
During the past year you probably did a lot of work "in your head", and that will now start to materialize ... I really like the wiring so far, and it is done so clean
Needless to say that the TWP is looking great as well  :hail:
I hope to see more updates (and more frequently  )

That's really nice work Albert and I agree with Henk that your wiring is nice and clean.

I'm going to "borrow" your idea for the mounting frame for the boards for mounting my Arduino's and matrix boards. Simple and clean.
