I would be interested. Do you have a CAD of the final result to show?

Good idea, you won't need a big mill! The time it takes to mill is the only issue, but no big deal if customers realize the effort it takes to make them.

Yes, I agree.  I'm going to work on it some this weekend.  I haven't used SW since I had my CNC a couple of years ago.  Even then, it wasn't doing a lot of 3d type stuff, mostly working on panel stuff and cutting out my CP stuff.

It looks like you can make a lot of stuff with that CNC stuff... Shocked

Hi Jarrod!

... check your email please Wink

The above looks just fine to me.

Perhaps you should consider implementing a metal counterpart on the top of your throttle-arm. And this could even be mated with a flat metal-piece molded into the entire throttle-arm.

FYI all... I have just received Jarrod´s resin-cast throttle-arm. Seems to be very sturdy and all, but I must confess that anything relating to plastics makes me a bit unsure of the abilities to obtain physical forces.

Let it be said though.... the throttle-arm is VERY sturdy, and considering the fact that it will only need to accomodate a forth & back movement - as opposed to the Flight-stick(forced pressure in ALL directions) - I´m very much certain that it will suffice in my pit.

Good efforts Jarrod..... throttle-up!!!  Wink

Thanks for the feedback on the arm TOR.  I checked my email and didn't see anything.  When did you send it?
