It's hard to see in a 2D picture, but the lumber support appears to be convex. Do I see that right, or are my eyes playing tricks on me? Shouldn't it be concave?

I have a set of inside wall panels that has misteriously disapeared in the overseas mailing system and I can not find the customs form, so I feel that I should replace the set but the cost of an order of plastic is way to much for just one set so is there anyone or more of you who need inside wall panels.
I will lower the price some what to get some orders.
PM me if you are interested.

This offer is for members only and no comercial orders please.

Dave I can not find the customs form or reciept and even though I am dead sure that this was sent, ! i did not tell the person when I shipped it and 2 they moved to another place after I shipped the package.
You and I even talked about this package the day that I took it to the post office.
But never the less I faid to keep the documents and so I feel obligated to ship one more set of panels.
I do appritiate the offer and would be appritiative of the help.

Guys I have had people asking me if I had any plans to upgrade my seatback mold due to its acuracey being incorrect.
This I suspect come from a post on the forum that would seem to say that it is not correct.
Now I do think that I have a need to strengthen the back side of the mold becuase when the Vacume pulls the plastic down it causes a small amount of cave in on the bottom center but that is all.
I have just recieved the real seat back plate that I had intentions of making a new mold but now that I compare the two they do have the exact shape and size.
Here are pictures of the real part and some are it laying flat on my personal seat back on my aces.

I must have bumped the back plate before taking this picture because it was lined up perfectly before i began taking the pictures.

Even the rivit holes and the rivets in my seat back match exactly, there is no reason for me to make a new seat back mold.
I will stiffen up and shore up the bottom back but that is all that I will need to do.

Those of you who have contacted me in reguards to the left side wall panels,
I told many of you that I was building a shorter 24 x 48 inch frame to hold the plastic sheets left over from all of the years of using the 24 x 60 inch pieces, now I can use all of those 4 x 3 foot sheets that I have.
Last weekend I did build that frame and am ready to make those left side wall panels.

Well I had thought that I might never be able to make Panels sets again because I was making a set for MichaeM and when I went to use my new frame it sets down closer to the Vacuum table than the previous frame.
The power of the pull broke my mold into three pieces, and I did not know if it was able to be fixed.
This was scary because I had yet another set to make and the one that was made when the mold broke was not a very good one.
I did not want to ship a substandard left rear side panel out either.
I had been trying to figure out a way to repair the mold. at the same time Mike is needing his panels and I did not want to tell him that this panel might not be the best, so for the last two weeks in my spare time I have been trying to fix the mold and get the table right.
Well over the past three days I got everything done and tonight I pulled down two left rear side panels.
Here are some pictures of the repaired mold on the table with my new heating frame.

This is where the breaks came to the outside of the mold, I was devastated.
This mole was so hard to make and took so long.
I turned it over face down and put it back together the best that I could.
Then I put gorilla tape around it and filled the back of the mold with resin until it was absolutely flat on the bottom side.
You can see by these next pictures how much resin it took.

This is the back side, I put a block of old resin (Black) in because I did not have quite enough resin to fill it up far enough.

In the previous pictures you can see that it now sits flat on my vacuum table.
That is probably why it broke before (The back side was not flat).

The frame that you see around the mold is my new heating frame
That also needed some work done before I could use it again.

These are the first two panels pulled from the mold so far.
If you read this Mike it is yours and will ship on Monday morning Provide the Easter bunny does not steal it tonight. Hehe
