I just today recieved an order of ABS Plastic sheets.
I have 4 sheets of 1/8th inch thick ABS plastic for Seat Backs, one is already spoken for.
I have 14 sheets of the plastic for Side Walls.
This will make seven more sets.

36 cm = 14.17 inches  Seems to me if it's flatten it will be the correct dimension at 14.75

Catcher, what's the width at the base of the aces in the top of your picture.  That area is subject to less distortion.  I think the plastic may just be curving inward at the center due to the shape of the seat and the plastic relaxing since there is no vaccum to hold it down flat.

my seatback had the tape on it like yours from Dunks shipping, I used "GooGone" to get rid of it, I suppose any citrus type solvent will do that. Dunk, a suggestion to wrap the seatback in newspaper before you tape it to the box.

Papaace, You are most likley going to Paint it grey, so before you do, I would sand the part around the scratch and fill it with Bondo Body Filler.
Sand that smooth and then paint it.

Just to show the detail that is in this mold, and to give the measurements here are some good pictures of my seat back mold.

As you can see I have some repair work that I will soon have to do on this bottom left corner.
This happens as you pull more and more parts from the mold.

I think as far as the sholder blade area is concerned it is the exact same width as Strings.

This Seat Back is still available.
I will take XXX.XX for it.

I have one more seat back for sale besides the one that I have on ebay right now.
I will let this one go for XXX.XX because it is the one that I had made before I sanded to blimish out of the right side of the mold as you look at the seat back.

Here is a picture of it:

The seat back is now listed on Ebay, and cannot be sold here unless it does not sell on ebay.
3 day listing.

Hey guys I talked a while back about cutting your inside panels.
I said that I would cut them as close to the lines as possible on the outside edges.
I will find a way to do it if you cannot get the job done, but this picture below that RedDog posted of the stick, Kind of gives you an idea of how I see things.
Only the double vision is up and down and the top is slightly off to the left.
The Glasses make it a little better depending on the day and how bad my eyes are on that particular day as my vision changes as the edema (membrane around the tumor) expands or contracts, this pressing up against the optic chiasm causes the double vision.
Most times I just have blurry vision.
Now all this is how it was explained to me by various doctors.
I have learned how to function with this but I don?t color inside the lines very well any more. ;)

I will this weekend do a short tutorial about how to cut the holes and edges.

As you can see on the back side of the panels the lines are very visable where to cut .
you might want to wait to cut the holes until you have the part that goes in that spot.
I would not think that you would want a hole where the emergencey canopy role up is if you do not have the handle.

Cut your holes and corners with these bits and the strait lines with the saw or a dremil tool; with a plastic cutting disc as you see it the picture below.

Just to add here this so called Tumor has not grown at all from Nov. 2005 until now, so I am in good shape.
If you were around me you would never know unless I tell you about it, I have learned to adapt and my Brain relearned to see for the most part.
Things are still a little blurry and that changes at times, they give me an unlimited supply of glasses at the VA to cope.
Sometimes the glasses reverse the double vision back the other way.
But over all it all works out.
I will ask my brother in law for help with cutting the parts for my pit; he is a heck of a lot better with a jig saw than I am anyway.
He helped me make all of the panels this last time.
He is a great guy; he also helps us cut trees.
