Some day, Kukki.  Some day.

I would have to have the "Fish Bowl" and "Goose Neck" to go with it for my HUD.  Right now, I just use Angle Aluminum.

I measure 16mm of the space between hud support and snout (not a big deal to fix with a spacer). What’s wrong? Older snout??

There is still one part missing. What we call the fishbowl here on VP. Don't know for sure that will fill the opening but could well be.

@Kukki,

Isn't that the Fishbowl already mounted to the "S" neck?

@nico
When I look at some pictures of other F16's (shown below), I see that the space you are seeing appears to be about correct and there is supposed to be a rubber shock mount between those two pieces.

Also, (and you may have already done this but it isn't shown in your pictures), you really need to install the Forward Glareshield and screw it into the Aft Glareshield to make sure it sits up against the forward part of the canopy section.  (There is normally a lip on that front part on which the Forward Glareshield rests.)  It could be your Center Pedestal is installed too far aft.  However, it looks about right but it is hard to tell.

Yes you need the big rubber spacers and the metal
Washers on each end of the rubber, and they come in different thickness
Depending on how much space you have
