Hello everyone, I'm Nathan Johnston. I have been wanting to build an F-16 pit since I first saw one several years back. I am currently a Cadet Chief Master Sergeant in the US Air Force Auxiliary, commissioning as a Second Lieutenant after college. Hoping to fly F-16s.
I am completely new to sim building of any sort, and don't even know what block to build. Someone told me I could get all the help I needed from the guys at Viperpits, so here I am. I can't wait to meet you all, start learning, and get building!

Welcome Nathan
No doubt, you have lots of questions. And there are quite a few options too, to make it easier
The best advice I can give: read several "build" threads from A to Z.
Spending *lots* of hours reading this forum
gives you a broader view and slowly you get an idea in your head what you actually want, and also important, which choices to make and *how* to realize your dream.
Have fun!

Welcome! I myself spent a year at Navy Kings with VT-21 for the introduction of the T-45A, so I know where you are - great area to live in...

Welcome, you'll find a lot of info in here. And, if you get to fly the Viper, you'll even be able to add some

Howdy gents,
I was certain that I would have all the time in the world to work on this build, but as everyone knows...that isn't how life works.
The time I would have been building was not wasted by any means though, the Air Force gave me some great opportunities get some flying hours logged in government aircraft. My scheduled is looking a bit full until at least March, but I'll get work done on the pit when I get time.
Currently I am working on the the outer sides, working from Brenda's plans. I will post pictures soon. Until then, stay safe and God bless gents
