Thank you!! It will be my next step!! Another question about measures: how did you build only the front part? Only taking a single sheet? For example HUD LEFT SIDE 03.pdf
Sorry for my english ,i hope it's all clear

I made an educated guess about the length after comparing it with some photos of different short HUD replicas  ;)
Then I combined the single files in Photoshop, printed and shortened them to the needed length. Ok, now I know that I build it a little bit too short and have to add some afterwards.

The last three days my wife and daughter were off to a short vacation in Hamburg. So for me it was Pittime   :yihaw:

And because I am very lazy in painting things the HUD-Block wasn't painted. I was in need for the smell of ethyl acetate and so I grabbed some PS-plating and the good old Kibri No. 9996 Glue.

First, I build my replica for the AQU-3/A for the right Aux:

I also added a green LED for some lighting:

The lens for the housing was build by thermofoarming. For that I grabbed a part of a old blister-packaging and heated it with a heatgun.
Before that, I built a stamp out of cardboard and layed the blister over it.

Then I took a second stamp to get the blister to shape

After that I ended up with a nice fake glass:

Next was the left and right Eyebrow indicator, I took RAFI 15 switches for that:

They're not wired up yet, this has to follow in the future. I also built the Master caution but forgot to mak pictures from the progress   :stupid:

So that's the result for the weekend and of course now it's off to painting...
