A small progress report
Finished painting the CP with Black MLU
Starting to fit the first Panels, AC Vent and the left side MFD and LCD.
A little tweaking to ensure a good fit and "voilá"

Look great but... are you going to use component video or S-VHS with your computer? how are you going to do it: old graphic card or video converter?
Cheers

The LCD shipped with a VGA Cable. Connects to the round socket.
However, I am going to use a couple VGA to USB adapters, that I bought.
The Idea is to use a powered USB HUB to connect both LCD and both MFD

If it works, fine. If not, going to stick with VGA.
I still have to plug a separate LCD for the main instruments in the CP.

Much better VGA. I recommend not to use USB adapters. They consume processor time instead of graphic card.

For the MFD's The best option is a 7 inch 800x600 4:3 display, which is close fit to the MFD.

but i want to know wich Screen you'll gone use for the Center consol Hammer.. cause i Need one too ..

Thank you!! As I saw on the web, the two monitors that mount Hammer seem to be 8 inch 800x600 because the 7 inch are slightly smaller and do not cover the screen area perfectly. Regarding the central console I still do not know, because i don't have build the CP, but it looks like it takes a 10.4..maybe

I have an LCD panel that was meant for one of the CPD kits that was offered in a group buy here - that one is a 10 inch one.

I also got some 8 inch ones in the same deal, which are too large to fit comfortably behind a true to scale MFD frame - I ended up buying a 4:3 7 inch set and using String's mounts - fits like they were made for it... !
...so...I guess I'm going to have to build some other pit too now, just to use these "spare" panels... .
