You're doing a great job, and the compass looks good too! Are you using a stepper or servo in there?
Well done!

Just a question before I can proceed with my left and right consoles:

Is anyone here using the Panels made by Hispapanels and could provide me some simple measurements?
Have to figure out the places to be cut in the console for the panels and haven't them here yet (my dentist gets some (  :D -joke: he gets some more) money and so there's no budget for parts of the pit at the moment).

Especially the left console, forward part where the Audio panels are located.

The few Hispapanels I have are close to real dimensions.

Download a cockpit layout from http://www.xflight.de and print it at 102%.  That will give you a good reference.

If you want to check your print size, print the Avionics Power panel and compare to the drawing on xflight.de

Year one of my pit slowly comes to an end and it's time for the final update.
I managed to build the Mapbox out of PS-plate, not many words just let's the pictures tell the story:

Now I am waiting for grey Velcro and the Mapbox-Sticker (Hello Kukki  :D) and then it is finished and can be mounted to the pit.

And that's it for 2017 and let's see what progress will be made in 2018.

I wish you Merry Christmas Holidays, a Happy New Year 2018 and all the best for you and your familys.   :yihaw:

Oh, and for myself I hope that I can spend more time in my pit... it's a hard fight getting into it for the last weeks:

 :fight:

So it is time for the first update in 2018.
I managed to work on the HUD-Block the last few weeks an here it is:

As you can see I decided not to take the partial block but go for the fullsize one instead   :yihaw:

So I lenthened the part I already had and covered the whole thing with my beloved PS-Plating.
Still a long way to got but lots of fun while building it.

Thank you gents. And it's so much fun in building these parts from scratch. Sometimes it can be a little bit frustrating here and there if you can't get all the needed info but mostly really enjoyable

Oh, by the way when I'm talking about info:
Is there any drawing with dimensions for the HUD Glass support available?
