esting Photo UPLOADS as ATTACHMENTS for NEW Home Page Feature

Referencing homepage images on Photobucket, and other image servers, created problems from frequent image downloads for guests.  I am testing to see if these photos could be UPLOADED as ATTACHMENTS, and stored on our Viperpit database for faster loading.

This will also avoid the problem of broken links appearing on our homepage when the original image source is moved or deleted.
