ooooh that looks sooooo sweet

Thanks for posting Phillip.
I could use some inspiration / motivation to continue wiring my pit  ::)
I stumbled upon a few documentation mistakes  :brickwall:  like a 19-pin "MIL" connector wired using doc as seen from the "solder pin" view, whereas the other side was as seen from the plug side. Thus, all pins in a "row" are mirrored  :weep:
No damage done, but none of the switches of the right side console was working. It is corrected, but oooh boy that was an "energy drain". The eyebrows lit up is a boost I needed

Thanks everyone. I am working on the Landing Gear and Misc Panels right now as well as the speed brake. I will post a pic soon of the "behind the scenes" view of the mess that I am creating.

This has happened to me a couple of times. I have decided to make a numbered layout with the color of the wires. Since the Dsub connector pins are numbered that is how my wires are soldered. I solder the wires strictly by what is on paper.

Philip,

it's with great pleasure that I looked at your post.
I'm GLAD you are completely satisfied with the parts you got from me ....
next time hook the DED too ..... it will add a great addition to your pictures !

Take care !

I am slowly working on getting the center pedestal wired up and lit up. I am working on the lights first, and then the buttons. Here are a couple of quick pics of me testing the lights to make sure they are are working. All Of the lights look awesome. I really love the indexers and the Master Caution Light. They are all powered with 24 volts. I had to see what they looked like with all of the lights in the room turned off.

That picture will come soon enough. This was just a quick test to see if all of the wires were hooked up correctly on the AIC board.

Thank you. I will have it all back together soon. I really miss flying, but I want to get as much working as possible while I have the Center Pedestal apart.
