SUPER Davide, great work.

I can see you have the window top and buttom border on ??  have you set it to window mode?

Thanks Kurt,

as per the window top and bottom border i know that it can be disabled ... but as it's the desktop bench rig ... i can actually live with it.

Cheers

Woooowwww that is sooo awesome !

You might try heating another piece of aircraft aluminum(if you have that?), and then bend to see how it behaves.
Otherwise you might replace the bended areas with aluminium that has the same thickness.

Hi m8, yep i heard about the heating tecnique but as far what i heard is that it should be heated twice as the heat is also used to strenght the alu .... risks seems to be greater than doing it my way.

as per replacing the bent areas .... actually no needs as there are not bent areas anymore .....

Cheers

Uh Davide, for reasons of US National Security, I am going to have to insist that you package that CPD up and send it directly to me.  ;)

AS i'm in the run to be the next USA's President
I here declare that if i will get enough votes I will cancel immediately
all the useless and annoying laws that don't permit people to build their own simulator.

Every single aircraft being scrapped will be cleaned and all the parts will be sold to VP members
at a fixed value (i just will ask the MIL) to open each panel and to remove any electronic board or sensible circuit

so I hereby Declare that WITHIN the VIPERPIT's COMMUNITY there's no NATIONAL SECURITY ISSUE
as ALL OF US are the Best and Warmer Supporters of OUR Valued ArmyMen fighting against the Terror !

I'm not american.... but if i may find one word that resamble what i mean it would be "UNITED WE STAND" .... FOREVER !

God bless You all

Gee, just what we need another foreign president with an agenda.  But I bet American politics would make you head back to Italy as fact as you could.

Lumper,
American Politics it's easier to deal with that our own ..... try to read some about our politics and you'll realize that
anybody that can live in Italy can bear anything elsewhere (of course in the Western Countries)

Works on the ACES II begun a three weeks ago ... but hell
I was warned about it but i really didn't figure out how it could be time expansive
to remove all those mil-specs rivets ......

After two weeks i reached the first goal .... removing the lower front plate to replace it with
the one coming from an F-16 ACES II

then removed the left ejection handle and all the rivets that attaches the upper rail to the side panel
still have to deal with two damn screws that i really don't understand how they're mounted and then how to remove.
A paint hand .... and here's the result !

Sadly my batteries camera's died ... so just one picture is available.

The massive modification work on the ACES II continue !

Now just missing few small parts to get definetely finish it.
Seems that the most difficult part of the task is done ..... getting rid of all those rivets and remove the
old parts ...

Have a look !
