Giovanni's Pit
« on: March 15, 2017, 02:26:57 PM »
Hi,
I'm an happy buyer of PSCockpit ICP and Mainboard, and an hispanel ICP case. My current setup, beside a CH products HOTAS, consists of 2 LCD screens, with MFD. I wanted the ICP to stand in the middle, of my desktop, which is pretty small, thus I designed a plastic (acrylic case). I designed it in such a way to enable putting the keyboard just under it.
I don't know if sharing an external link is against any rule of the forum, if so, I'll try to copy paste the page contents...

Anyway in the link below you can find the complete description of the modifications I went through, as well as a brief description of the case.

P.S. A little teaser: comparison between the concept and final result ...

I want to share a quick update on my pit. I was so happy with PSCockpit layout, that I bought a 16 I/O expander, and an F-16 Misc panel from hispapanel, and managed to build an MDF/acrylic case...

I wrote few notes on the "making of", you can find it here:
