Very very nice metl work.

One thing I wonder about.  How will you layout your wires in the fuselage, I see no holes through the ribs?

Hi Kukki,

I have decided to wait until the panels will be installed. So I will be able to find the optimal point and dimensions of the cable ports. It´s no problem to realize this later.
Have a nice day

Yes, I´m the proud owner of some hole-cutter-tools, which cuts this 1,5 mm-material like butter  :yihaw:

Here the construction of the top of the board wall. The U-profile must be able to carry a 80-kg-man (or woman ) sitting on this part. So it was necessary to strengthen the whole frame-construction by alu box-constructions, square tubes and angles. It´s just good (it´s possible to lean on it with my complete body weight), but I have work on this project still several hours to make it optimal.

It´not very spectacular to see but very important for the whole fuselage construction.
Have a nice day

Here the right side board wall U-profile:

These struts gives the whole construction a very stiff and stable character:

Many guys was embarassed about the thin frames of only 1,5 mm. Even Martin told me that his 3 mm-frames would benden under the weight of a pilot who tries to enter the cockpit. But this is the evidence that also 1,5mm-frames are fit to carry the workload of a pilot entering the cockpit:

Nevertheless I will harden and strengthen the whole construction by further struts especially in the middle and rear part of the fuselage, to leave no doubts that the fuselage will withstand the weight of a 80 kg-pilot .

Here some further steps on the way to complete the project:

Complete PC (one of three) integrated in the rear fuselage.

Repairing a real A-type console and replacement of Martin´s Right Aux Console by this A-type console (ok, it´s a mix of C- and A-type consoles but I couldn´t resist the charme of this genuine part - and it fits to my A-type glare shield). I carfully painted the console with exactly the same grey-violet color (live-color) as the genuine color on the backside.

Replacement of a first smaller shell-part by a bigger alu-sheet to avoid to much gaps.

Installation of the sidewalls (have to be optimized and coloured by grey-violet in near future)

At this point I´d like to say big thanks to following community-users for their support:

tiger-31 for the sidewalls I´d searched for nearly one year!

biohazard for the air vent (will be installed soon)!

    heines for the Aux-console!

focaldesign for some real parts arriving soon!

Thanks for your great support!
